Job Description

Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist to manage data center operations and maintenance and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems and 100% uptime.
• Prepares SOP, MOP, EOP and WI
• Prepare Change Management document for major activity and attends Change Advisory Board meeting
• Develop a measured program based on Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
• Escalate incidents and issues, adhering to incident process and procedure. Prepare incident report or root cause analysis report
• Identify and carry out corrective and repair programs on electrical, mechanical, fire suppression and BMS, etc.
• Conduct annual review on end-of-life components
• Conduct technical inspection for project hand-over process c/w defects. Participate in project testing and commissioning
