Responsibilities

• To supervise, monitor & execute construction activities.
• Ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain alignment with clients to guarantee project delivery on scope and schedule.
• Closely coordinating with design consultants, sub-construction management, clients, and owners to effectively execute the project flow and resolve possible project issues.
• To ensure all materials: owner-supplied and contractors-supplied, available within the projected schedule.
• Knowledgeable in bill of materials.
• Closely coordinating & monitoring sub-contractors, tracking their work progression, aligned, & on-time.
• Works efficiently under minimum supervision.
• Strong leadership and decisive, analytical.
• Trustworthy.
• With good and effective communication and reporting skills.
