Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the school premises in an excellent condition, both externally and internally.
- Oversee health & safety and security of the site, including daily lock/unlock during term time and selected holiday weeks.
- Manage external contractors, service works and small projects.
- Monitor site stock and order supplies as needed.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, visitors and external agencies.
- Support the Catholic ethos of the school.
- Be available during unsocial hours for emergency call outs.
