We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager / Assistant Project Manager to support a major, high-profile construction project in Hastings. This is a site-based role where you’ll be the key point of contact on the ground, ensuring the project runs smoothly day to day.

Currently, senior leadership is managing issues remotely, so this role is all about having a capable, calm, and solutions-focused person on site who can see what’s happening in real time and take action.

There is potential for a permanent role for the right long‑term fit. This project is seen as a test run, with plans to replicate this structure on future projects nationwide if successful.
