Site Manager / Project Manager

Your new company

Our client is a very successful main building contractor with an excellent track record of working on large-scale projects across Ireland. They are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager and a Project Manager for a large construction project in Limerick which will take up to a couple of years to complete. You must have previous experience with a main contractor in Ireland and have previous experience of supervising projects to tight deadlines and to very high standards, including health and safety. Previous experience of healthcare-type projects would be beneficial. Site Manager role

Candidates with either an engineering or trade background will be considered.

You will need to have experience in the coordination of subcontractors, control programme with preparation of look-ahead programmes to facilitate the successful completion of the works on time.
