Site Manager

An award‑winning Kent main contractor is recruiting a Site Manager to join our team and advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Health & Safety – make sure everyone goes home safe
• Quality – snag free delivery
• Commercially aware – working with the QS to turn a profit
• Staff management – monitor the construction programme and ensure everyone on site knows what they need to do and by when
• Manage the process – ensure records are maintained

Ideal Experience (not essential)

• Worked for a main contractor on projects between £5 m and £20 m
• Worked on new‑build and refurbishment projects
• Experience with a range of projects such as schools, commercial, leisure, and luxury housing
• 3+ years’ experience
• Passion for construction
• Willingness to learn and improve
