Site Superintendent

Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the field operations to effectively execute energy construction projects. Oversees and assists in development of procedures to increase effectiveness on overall division and estimated job profits. Leads development of division – defines and/or redefines roles, responsibilities, goals, and performance management for field management. Manages general foremen, and assigned trade personnel. Ensures customer satisfaction, quality, and proactive improvement. Enhances internal communication of entire division and organization including other departments within the company. Participates in weekly meetings to inform management of issues and progress. Works with human resources and safety as needed on personnel and training issues.
