Site Superintendent – Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Management

• Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the master project schedule with input from subcontractors.
• Assess commissioning and operations & maintenance requirements for the master project schedule.
• Develop the Health, Safety and Environment Plan.
• Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure the scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
• Notify the Equipment Management Team of requirements for the project.
• Assist with the selection of trade subcontractors.
• Conduct constructability reviews to bring value to the construction execution stage.

Construction Management

• Plan, organize, direct and control daily construction operations with direct leadership responsibilities for junior resources as assigned.
