• Workforce Management - Directing daily tasks for subcontractors and laborers to ensure project is always on schedule.
• Quality Control - Checking that materials and work meet the technical specifications and the standards of the company, clients and consultants.
• Recording - Maintaining daily logs of progress, attendance and any delays, regular updates throughout the day to higher management.
• Material Management - Monitoring materials are always stored properly and ensuring sufficient supply and ordering in advance.
• Safety Management - Ensuring strict safety regulations regularly, ensuring all workers wear proper clothing and PPE at all times in the site.

Skills

• Proven background in site supervision in UAE
• Familiar with local building codes and safety regulations
• Leadership, problem solving skills and can speak basic english, hindi, arabic
