Site Supervisor

At Abcott Construction we are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate all on‑site elements of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of construction drawings, specifications and schedules for the ICI industry and pre‑engineered steel building systems.
• Supervise, schedule and coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, engineers, clients and governing authorities to achieve the scope of work.
• Order materials and supplies.
• Problem‑solve jobsite issues quickly and effectively, keeping work on track and on time; manage and document job cost extras for review by the Project Manager.
• Follow fiscal policy set by Management.
• Conduct site meetings as required.
• Provide daily site and weekly safety reports; conduct safety talks.
