Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline
- Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications
- Assist in project defects and rectifications
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline
- Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters)
