Site Supervisor

Type: Full-Time (site based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with construction plans and safety standards.
• Manage and allocate site labour and subcontractors to ensure the timely and efficient execution of tasks.
• Monitor workmanship to ensure all activities meet required quality standards and project specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks and report any hazards or incidents promptly.
• Track site progress, identify delays or issues and report daily updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure proper use of materials and equipment on-site; coordinate deliveries and stock availability as needed.
• Assist with snagging, rectification works and preparation for final inspections and project handover.
