Job Description
As the Assistant Building Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of property in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our residential building.
What you’ll be doing:- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the property management, including maintenance, electricians, security, and administrative personnel
- Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or repair
- Responding promptly to homeowner/tenant inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Overseeing the collection of dues and other fees, and ensuring timely payments from the tenants
