Opportunity Description
The Site Supervisor oversees daily site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, and with good quality. This role manages workers, coordinates with clients, and ensures smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of installation teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the immediate head.
- Ensure installations follow plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Handle on-site issues and resolve problems quickly.
- Enforce safety rules and conduct site inspections.
- Maintain daily reports, attendance, and site records.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering, Construction Management, or any related course.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
