JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and workactivities.
- Responsible for organizing construction works on site,and report to upper management.
- Preparing and presenting site inductions, safetybriefings and toolbox talks.
- Assessing and managing safety hazards.
- Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfarefacilities are in place.
- Carrying out regular inspections.
- Helping project managers to plan the work programme.
- Helping co-ordinate delivers of materials, plant andequipment.
- Completing records for site reports.
- Attending site management meetings.
- Carrying our regular inspections to ensurecompliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures.
