Responsibilities
- Arrange and supervise the construction site job to each foreman.
- Prepare workers' attendance and workdone documents for QS to submit monthly claim.
- Inspection with RE / RTO.
- Monitor timber, plywood and rebar materials usage to prevent damage, wastage or loss.
- Ensure workers working on site in safe condition.
- Laise with customers with regards to all site matters and meetings if required.
- Laise with Sub-con of their work progress and supervise their work in safety requirement.
