• Lead the deployment of Schneider Performance System (SPS) across multiple sites, domains, and technologies, ensuring operational excellence.
• Spearhead manufacturing research and development initiatives to optimize production costs and enhance quality standards.
• Develop and implement innovative manufacturing procedures while conducting technical feasibility assessments.
• Evaluate and design production processes, focusing on efficiency improvements and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to establish product specifications and quality standards.
• Responsible for reducing conversion costs (DVC Labour productivity, NDVC Labour efficiency, others).
• In charge of identifying and deploying across the cluster, SPS & Smart best practices.
