Smart Locker Deployment Project Lead

Reporting to: Head of Operations

This role serves as the key link between project delivery and operational execution of Smart Locker & Smart Vending solutions. The individual will coordinate project requirements with clients and internal teams while overseeing technicians to ensure smooth deployment, maintenance, and service quality across all sites.

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Liaise with clients to understand and document project requirements
• Coordinate with software developers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage project timelines, delivery schedules, and milestones
• Coordinate logistics for delivery and installation
• Oversee testing and commissioning processes
• Act as main point of contact between client, operations, and technical teams
