Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliances to regulations/guidelines issued by SEBI, RBI, FIMMDA, NHB and
constantly review the compliance calendar
Ensure adherence to organisations’s internal policies and limits for transactions.
Ensure periodic reporting to RBI, stock exchanges, trustees/agents, regulators, IPA, AD
Banks.
Ensure compliance of the Covenants including periodic reporting. Identify Early Warning
Triggers (EWT) through covenant projections.
Generate various MIS like CoF, negative drag, Yield on investment, Cash Flow forecast
etc
Prepare inputs for ALCO deck
