SME and Training Lead, Process Pipe BIM

Role Overview

The Subject Matter Expert and Training Lead, Process Pipe BIM will be responsible for elevating the technical capability of VIATechnik’s mechanical pipe BIM detailers through structured training, coaching, and standards enforcement. This role will lead the development and delivery of classroom and hands‑on training focused on the proper 3D modeling of process piping systems using Revit and applicable fabrication standards.

Based in one of VIATechnik’s offices in Metro Manila, this position will primarily support the Philippines delivery team while partnering closely with global technical leadership and Learning & Development to build scalable training materials, measurable performance benchmarks, and consistent modeling practices aligned with VIATechnik’s global standards.

Success in this role will be demonstrated through reduced onboarding time, improved QA pass rates, and increased modeling consistency and constructability.
