PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The SME Cards Campaign Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end design, launch, and performance management of SME card campaigns, covering the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation through spend growth, reactivation, and retention. The role will drive measurable growth in card issuance, activation, e-commerce (e-MoB), cross-border spend, and portfolio profitability through data-led campaign execution.
