Social & Human Rights Managing Consultant

Job Summary

As a Project Manager – Social & Human Rights Consulting, you will lead and deliver complex sustainability, ESG, and social sustainability engagements with a strong focus on social impact, stakeholder engagement, and human rights. You will be responsible for managing multi-disciplinary project teams, overseeing end‑to‑end project delivery, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients across the Asia Pacific region.

This role involves guiding clients on integrating social and human rights considerations into business strategies, leading human rights due diligence (HRDD) programs, and designing initiatives that enhance community wellbeing and responsible business conduct.
