**Your Role:**
* Launch and manage paid campaigns across social channels
* Optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
* Monitor daily performance and report insights
* Stay updated on platform changes and trends
**Qualifications:**
* 1–3 years running paid social ads
* Strong understanding of audience segmentation
* Results-driven with a creative edge
* Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is preferred
