Social Media Content Designer

We’re seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Designer to join a leading Australian industry super fund on a part-time, 3‑month contract supporting a well-established and highly collaborative in‑house social media team. 

The environment is highly reactive, despite forward planning, so the role requires someone comfortable juggling priorities and adapting quickly. You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Managers, two full-time social media team members, internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and an external social media agency.

While the role sits within a regulated industry with established approval processes, the team is primarily focused on creative quality, clarity, and execution. Industry experience is helpful but not essential — strong creative capability is far more important.
