Position Overview
As Mahaana's Social Media and Community Manager, you will be the voice of our brand across all social platforms, creating engaging content, building community and responding to customers in real-time. You'll manage 60+ posts monthly while fostering trust through authentic engagement and turning customers into brand advocates.

- Monitor and respond to ALL comments, DMs, and mentions within 2 hours
