Social Media Manager

We have a full-time editor and a founder ready to be on camera. We need someone to own everything in between content calendar, Reel scripts, on-site shoots, DMs, community, strategy.

Not a post-scheduler. Someone who decides what we shoot, when, and why.

Looking for: Experience in running social media for a B2C/local-services/D2C brand is preferred, but not mandatory. If you’ve built strong content, understand Reels, and can show us great work, we care more about skill and instinct than years of experience.

The deal: Full-time, on-site in Mumbai → ₹30,000–₹45,000/month → Reports directly to me → Real ownership, no corporate layers
