Overview

Lily & Co is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to handle our brand’s digital presence & design engaging content. This role combines social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and graphic design to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage and oversee content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, captions, and campaigns to boost online presence.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations.
