hands-on, execution-heavy role

for someone early in their career but serious about building in content, social media, and the creator ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:

Ideating content for Instagram & LinkedIn
Researching trends, formats, and competitor strategies
Creating structured

monthly content calendars
Writing

Reels scripts, hooks, captions, and ad copies
Assisting during shoots (angles, storytelling, execution)
Collaborating with designers to align content + visuals
Creating and managing content for the

agency’s own page
Being comfortable

appearing on camera

when required
