Shift: Days, 5x8, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Requirements
- 2 years of experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Skilled Home Health experience required
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS and LCSW required
- Must have both OR and WA licensure (WA license can be pending)
- Oasis experience required
- Epic experience preferred
- Home Health experience required
