Organization: Avtar Human Capital Trust. Position: Project Implementor, MITR Levels : Executive Location: Chennai Positions : 2 Set and execute operations in the zones & other allotted clusters. Need to initiate new tie ups with Government /Government Aided Schools /Trust run schools in the allotted clusters. Identify and engage corporates and individual donor base. Plan and facilitate Train the mentor sessions on a periodical basis to prepare the strong batch of mentor’s in the allotted Zone. Daily & regular update to the HO Team on the project progress and challenges. Assist the HO team in content development or other project related coordination. Manage the school relationships, specifically with teachers and HMs. Manage the data updation in the CRM tool with high accuracy.
