What will your responsibilities be?
Lead the team of operations managers, social workers, and support staff to ensure children and young people in care reach their full potential.Oversee all services in the South region.Provide leadership to the team of social workers, offering support and training.Focus on producing a high-performing region, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance.Effectively deliver the organisational business plan.Work closely with the Assistant Director of Fostering to manage in a therapeutic and supportive manner, focusing on the potential and ability of the team.
