Our Adults Safeguarding Service is expanding and recruiting 15 experienced Social Workers to join a single, integrated Safeguarding Team covering Triage and Section 42 Enquiries. You will be part of a supportive and experienced service, led by a Team Manager, along with a permanent Senior Practitioner cohort. The service operates with a strong focus on timely, proportionate safeguarding responses and effective multi-agency working. Remote working is supported, with office attendance required for monthly team meetings.

Your new role

You will either manage safeguarding concerns within a fast-paced triage environment, or with the Section 42 enquiries where appropriate. This will include undertaking visits, making decisions within 24 hours on the need for a visit, and working to a short turnaround and high-volume workflow (typically 5-day case turnover).
