- End-to-end support in social work functions, including stakeholder engagement, casework, group work, and community development.
- Conduct client assessments, plan and implement care interventions, facilitate group work, and manage programme delivery.
- Contribute to community needs assessments, development initiatives, and professional practice through mentoring, research participation, and adherence to organisational care standards.
- Collaborate across disciplines and respond to crisis situations in accordance with standard procedures.
