Opportunity Description
The S&OE Manager is responsible for driving execution excellence across a defined manufacturing scope, ensuring alignment between customer demand, supply capabilities, and operational performance. This role owns end‑to‑end S&OE execution for 4 in‑house factories , leading a team of ~10 planners/analysts, and acts as the critical link between global strategy and plant‑level execution.
Operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with frequent product migrations and NPI, the role requires strong execution discipline, problem‑solving, and people leadership to deliver on service, cost, and cash objectives.
