Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee the HR operations within the plant and work closely with leadership to enhance employee relations and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant goals
• Counsel management on grievance resolutions
• Facilitate onboarding and training for plant employees
• Conduct labour management meetings and maintain communication
• Manage Non-occupational Disability and Attendance programs
Requirements:
