Software Assurance Engineer

**Description**

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Engineering professional to support the Director for Software Assurance within the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)). The successful candidate will play a critical role in the development and advancement of software assurance tools, methods, standards, and best practices to enhance the resiliency of the United States’ most advanced military systems. **Position is on-site at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support software engineering, systems security engineering, and software assurance policy and guidance activities to protect advanced military technologies.
