Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders toanalyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical application designs.

• Configure, customize, and integrate enterprise applications to align with business processes.

• Provideapplication support and troubleshooting , ensuring system stability and minimal downtime.

• Conductuser training sessions and prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation.
