Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect Contact Lens

Join our AWS Solutions organization as a Software Development Engineer on Amazon Connect, a cloud‑based contact center that leverages AI and a broad ecosystem of services to deliver engaging customer experiences.

As a developer on our team, you’ll own code end‑to‑end, collaborate closely with senior technical leaders, and work across the stack with modern web, SOA, NoSQL, AI, ML, and Big Data technologies. You will be responsible for building scalable, resilient systems that maintain a constant customer focus.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non‑internship)
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling) of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
