Software Engineer (Technical Support)

Descriptions

• Must have at least 6 years experiences in network design and implementation, network hardware configuration, network troubleshooting and network performance tuning network and system administration;
• Must have at least 6years experiences in managing network products such as Cisco, F5, and etc;
• Must have at least 6 years experiences in administering Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems

Responsibilities

• Must have sound knowledge of various network protocols and topologies, including LAN, WAN, switches, routers and servers;
• Should preferably have experience in managing Network Access Control (NAC) System such as ClearPass, SolarWinds, and Infoblox.

The Programmer shall be required to:

1. Administer and troubleshoot network system infrastructure;
2. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux Operating Systems;
