Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Solar Technician or in a related field, electrician, construction.
- High School Diploma or College Level education.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including components, installation procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with electrical wiring and grounding.
