Solar/Electrical Engineer

Job Description

AECOM is looking for Electrical Engineers with varying areas of expertise / experience to join our rapidly expanding renewable energy team.

Successful candidates will be deployed to work predominantly on solar PV projects; however, they will have the opportunity to work on different projects providing electrical support for the following types of technologies:

• Onshore and offshore wind
• Hydroelectric – run of river and pumped storage.
• Hydrogen production and storage
• Battery energy storage systems (BESS)

The successful candidate(s) will join our project teams to deliver a range of feasibility, design, and technical advisory roles, working on commercial‑scale rooftop, carport, floating and ground mount solar PV projects and providing design services for large NSIP‑scale solar PV projects in the UK and across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), some of which will also include energy stora...
