and What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be joining , the Regional Head of the Medical Negligence team in Birmingham. Luke has specialised in medical negligence cases for 25 years and worked on the entire range of claims which arise from medical negligence issues. As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through some of the most challenging times in their lives. You’ll be involved in:


  • Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

  • Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.

  • Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
