Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders – quickly understanding their policies, workflows, statutory obligations, and pain points – and translating them into comprehensive business analysis documents that identify the right HRMS and Payroll features and configurations.

  • Conceptualize and present HRMS and Payroll solutions to clients, creating detailed user scenarios, payroll calculation logic, leave/attendance rules, approval workflows, and wireframes to illustrate your vision and secure buy-in.
