Role Summary

As the Solution Architect you support the evolution of LSEG’s People Technology landscape by defining and delivering scalable, data-driven architecture aligned to a product‑led operating model. You will focus on establishing a service-layer architecture that enables reusable People capabilities, improves integration across platforms, and strengthens the use of People data for operational and strategic outcomes. As the architect you will work across Workday and the wider enterprise ecosystem to ensure solutions are aligned to standards, reduce complexity, and enable AI and workforce intelligence use cases .
