Job Description
The Team Lead provides technical, consulting, and operational leadership for a team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Estimators supporting the GCDC vertical. This role oversees the front‑end design, consulting, and commercial development of large‑scale enterprise, data center, and regulated security projects, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, technical design, and cost strategy. The Team Lead guides Solutions Architects in delivering customer‑facing consulting services - including security standards, technology roadmaps, and RFP development - while directing Solutions Estimators in the preparation of accurate, compliant, and competitive cost models and proposals. Acting as the senior technical authority and escalation point, the Team Lead establishes and enforces design standards, governs global design consistency through defined playbooks and review processes, and “blesses” final solutions across regions.
