Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing post‑sales support and project implementation, including knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure that SLAs are met and project timelines are delivered on schedule to Exclusive Networks reseller base across the product portfolio.
  • Conduct a project kick‑off meeting with the customer and document implementation procedures.
  • Align project implementation within the signed scope of work agreed with the end user.
  • Obtain a signed UAT from the authorized end‑user contact person after completing an implementation activity.
  • Maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Hand over projects to partner accounts or the post‑sales team.
  • Keep up to date with new solutions, product patches, updates, support options and deployment guidelines.
