Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical bridge between our product’s capabilities and our customers’ business needs. Reporting to the Head of Presales, you will act as a high‑level Individual Contributor, supporting the entire sales and success ecosystem, providing clarity and architectural guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales Support (New Business)
- Collaborative Discovery: Partner with Sales teams across all segments to identify technical requirements, security needs, and integration possibilities early in the cycle.
- Custom Technical Demonstrations: Lead deep‑dive sessions on APIs, Webhooks, and Data Flows, showing exactly how Factorial fits into a client’s existing tech stack.
