The On‑The‑Job Trainee (OJT) will work under the guidance of experienced Solutions Engineers to learn and contribute to Cisco's pre‑sales engineering process. This includes assisting with technical presentations, demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept deployments, and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Support the design and implementation of proof‑of‑concept (POC) deployments.
• Shadow senior SE in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Learn to configure and troubleshoot Cisco networking and security products, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation, including configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
