FORMANCE is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support our Sales teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
You’ll be the technical backbone bridging our product with client needs, helping scale our go-to-market efforts and shaping how customers experience our platform.
This hybrid role combines technical expertise , client-facing problem-solving , and product integration , with plenty of room to grow and shape the scope based on your strengths.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our solutions are robust, well-integrated, and tailored to our customers' needs, all while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a hybrid environment that values flexibility and connection.
