Sourcing Associate

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Recruitment Associate to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring a smooth hiring process. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
